There is no way for the company to give a free and easy promotion. Before going to the tips, lets figure out some possibilities of reason about why getting a promotion and moving your career a head is not easy.

Here they are :

1) A lot fails in projects
2) Skill isn't significantly Improved

5) Negative response & action most the time
6) Never get involved on critical issue
7) Good Idea but worst in execution or good Idea but never been shown up
8) Too much regretness, hopeless, weakness in mentality.

And here are 7 ways to weave them out of your way :

1). Present a positive role model, and take a good look at the image you project.

2). Recognize the value of the whole person. There’s more to success than the number of hours billed or promotions earned. Balance your professional and personal goals. Take advantage of flexible work arrangements that allow you to succeed in all of life’s arenas.

3) Open the door to networking and professional development opportunities. Participate in programs that expand your skill set. Attend networking events to develop relationships that may yield potential clients or opportunities.

4) Make the most of your mentoring relationships. Look for a mentor who is a good listener, understands what it takes to get ahead, recognizes individual strengths and weaknesses and is a good coach. If you possess these skills, volunteer yourself.

5) Offer to get involved in critical projects. Successful professionals seek out high-visibility, mission-critical projects that bring recognition. Don’t limit yourself to routine work; take a risk.
